I catch Max (10yrs) ordering the neighbor lady: "Can you see if your son can play now?" A bit embarrassed I tell him that its would be nicer to say "Please" or "if its not too much trouble."
Max: "Trouble? No Mom, I'm not saying anything about trouble, that (poor) lady has 5 kids some of which are teenagers, the last thing I'm going to make her think about is trouble."
