The positives of a plumbing explosion
1. I was home (The exploded washer box flooded the laundry room within seconds)
2. My landlord had someone come out right away
3. Max knew how to shut off the water
The downside
1. This was during the one week of the year I absolutely cannot call the husband at work
2. I was all caught up on laundry (which is now soaked)
3. Poppy went missing during the chaos. Found her seconds later.
