I told Poppy (saucy brown eyes 3 year old) she could not have a hot dog because she already chose to eat a pretzel. I watch her over by the food stand. A few minutes later I see the lady placing a hot dog in her outreaching hands.
"She said I forgot her hot dog" The lady explained.
